Fault Name: 

SD600A servo driver reports encoder fault (Er007)

Symptom: 

When the SD600A servo drive starts and stops frequently, it is easy to report Er007, and it does not report this fault during normal operation or shutdown.

Causes:  

It should be caused by the encoder feedback mismatch with the given signal. It may be caused by interference or poor contact of the encoder signal line.

Solution: 

After detecting all the parts such as signal line connectors, the contact effect is good, and there is no contact failure in the encoder line, which should be caused by inconsistency of interference or feedback signals. Modify the parameter Pr2.35 encoder AB phase feedback signal filtering time is extended to 85 seconds no longer jump fault, everything is normal.

Analysis: 

But the signal line is the wire made by the dealer itself, not the shielded twisted pair wire, which is susceptible to interference;
The signal line is nearly 13 meters long, which causes a certain delay between the given signal and the feedback signal, resulting in a drive detection error;

The signal line and the power line and other control lines are all passed through in one slot and stacked together to be more susceptible to interference;

The drive's anti-interference ability is relatively poor.
