Fault Name:
Inaccurate servo drives positioning.
Fault Symptom:
The servo drive receives one or two extra pulses when the PLC pulses to it.
Causes:
There is a problem with the client program that causes the driver to receive the pulse inaccurately.
Solutions:
Step 1: Determine the positioning accuracy by driving the internal position mode.
Step 2: By monitoring the value in the 19.CP, one more pulse will be received each time.
Step 3: Set the parameters again and confirm that if there are any problems in the program after reorganizing the wiring.
Analysis:
19. CP shows the number of pulses received by the servo drive. It is determined by the customer's demonstration that 1800 pulses are sent each time and the servo drive receives 1801 pulses. After determining that the exact error of the drive and the mechanical positioning through running the internal position mode occur in the connection between the PLC and the driver, so there is maybe interference and it was very regular. In rare Cases, two or three more pulses were added, and then you should tell the customer to make a CN1 control cable with shielded twisted-pair cable. When the customer is preparing the cable, if you could find the problem of more pulses and there is a terminal that means given drive, but when the input point I0.0 is flashing, the driver receives it that can only stop normally after removing the pulse point Q0.0, so it means there are problems in customer’s program and at this time, you are supposed to let the customer remove the program location arrival signal and then use the PLC internal pulse to send the signal as a trigger point so that the number of pulses sent by the PLC is accurate. After the data is stabilized without replacing the shielded cable, it is more strongly illustrated and the servo drive is OK and the wrong part is in the customer program.
